Help. I signed up for PM and ordered a physical SIM on Dec 31 and still ahve not received it.

If the hyperlink didn’t work then click on your avatar top right and on Messages then the pen & paper icon address to CS_Agent. Fill in the subject line and explain your issue and click Send.

Try again using browser with Incognito mode
If still cannot send, click on this link to CS agent profile: @CS_Agent
Then click the "Send a Message" button and you can compose the message and then Send

Thank you. I can't seem to create a new private message from that page. There is no button or link to create or start a new message. It's just showing me "Private Messages" and is blank of course because I have no other messages.

Wow I am surprised you waited so long to ask about it.
Best to contact a CS_Agent and tell them it has been over 2 months. They might tell you to pick one up at your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store and refund you but check with them and see what they can offer.

or you can also ask A CS agent to let you pickup from local Telus or Koodo store instead of having them to resend.
Or you can get it from Amazon $4.99 plus tax.
If you do go this route, all you have to do is reach out to a CS Agent and show them you purchased one and they will gladly credit your account, minus taxes. It's that easy.
