subscription cancelled but payment due date is still on

If I unsubscribed, why is the payment due date still on in the system. How can I stop all the services altogether?

with Subscribed turned off, your account will fail to renew. After 90 days the account is deactivated. Also, if you port away, your account will close for good.

If you unsubscribe before your renewal date. You won’t be charged for the following month but if you unsubscribe after your renewal date then you will be charged for the next month’s bill.

If you want to cancel your account. It will cancel after 90 days of nonpayment or port your number over to another carrier.
