Are you need trying to activate new service?
You want the $39 60 GB? Make sure you change to ALL to show all plans
What about use another email to create a new account and check
Or you can ask PM for help . Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

no, I didn't sign up for any plan yet. I was looking at the different options and created an account to do so. I have repeatedly seen the 39$ plan. I sign in and the 34$ plan is being pushed on my and the next is a 49$ plan. that's if I want the 5g plan.

Good point. I forgot that you can create an account and activate the SIM when it arrives.

hi @BKNS27
but if OP setup and account but had not activate a plan yet, then that does not coint as existing. I think from what both @catherine2645 and @Jenny0101 said, they just setup the accounts and not subscribed to any plan yet

If you created an account then you are subscribed. So you are an existing member and not a new member.
For new members, the $39 plan is for Canada/USA/Mexico plan with 60gb of data at 5G.
For existing members, login to your account then on the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription…there is a $39 Canada/USA/Mexico plan with 68gb of data at 5G. An extra 8gb of data at the same price.

Hello @catherine2645
I THINK I understand but just want to make sure. Did you sign up for Public Mobile on the $39 plan but haven't registered your SIM card yet?
Sometimes we as customers try to change the wording of the original request for help as sometimes folks use different terms to describe their issues. 🙂
