I purchased two add-on plan, but until right now I haven't recived it yet. How can i cancel my payment.

There are no refunds at Public Mobile. If it's still in account balance, use it for your renewal.

Contact a moderator to resolve the add ons issue. Likely, there was not a payment and the funds should be in the available funds, which can be used for your next payment. You won't lose the funds.

Getting add-on is a 2 step process. First add fund to your account. Then purchase the add-on. Is your available fund in your account showing the amount of the add-on your are planning to get? If yes, you have not purchase the add-on yet. Do nothing if you don't need the add-on any more. The available fund will be used to pay your next renewal.

Log into My Account...do you see the value of your nmissing add-ons sitting in Available Funds. If so and you don't want the add-ons...just leave the $$ there to be applied to your next renewal.
