spotty service last 4 days

hi for the last 4 days I can't get texts calls or data. get 1 to 2 bars at time or it says not registered on a network.  its only intermited. but it's very frustrating when I need to send a text or call someone and I got wait 20 mins or longer before I get service again and even then I may only be breif.

Did you open a ticket with customer services here since it’s been 4 days you don’t want to waste much more time since you paid for it

Maybe check for any service outage in your area:

https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages

Try a reboot your phone.  Or network reset of phone.  

You can also try your SIM card in another phone.  That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

if you have your cell set to 5G...try it on LTE or 4G instead.
