Yes, I got some spam in my community inbox sometimes. I guess there is nothing much we can do other than not open, report it and delete it. Luckily, it's not a lot I would say.

I presume you're referring to your private message box on your Community account, and not your regular email account inbox.
I would say the process would be similar in that you never click on any links and report as spam (or Mark as Spam/Junk if your personal email), then delete the message.

@lsuth You will get more from diffrerent "member" eventually. 😀
Please do what suggested to help PM to block those spammer accounts. Unfortunately, they will setup new accounts and will send more 😕
(PM really should limit people messaging to mass recipients. The limit should even be more strict if member is newly joined with no post)

Information from a previous thread from the moderators.
Hey Community,
We’ve heard that some of you have received spam in your Private Message folder on the Community. The team has put great effort into filtering out spam messages, but in the case you do receive one, here’s what to do:
1. DO NOT click on any links within the message
2. Report the message
3. Delete the message
Note that you do not need to submit a ticket. Our Moderator team will be taking immediate action and banning users sending the spam messages upon reporting.
Your safety and security is top priority for us. We are investigating additional ways to help limit these instances. Please help us by staying vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity on the Community.
