someone stole my bag with my phone inside? what can I do to get back my phone #?

You would need to get a new sim card and once you have a new phone you can restart the process. Which sim was in the stolen phone? The old one or the PM one.. And is your old account still in good standing?

Hi, My phone got stolen, I tried porting but I was told you need to send the verification # to the sim card.  Well, if my phone is stolen, how can I get my verification code.  I need help.

I need help getting my account #.  As I was paying using my visa monthly then.  My Visa, no longer worked.  I then started to purchase cards and refill them.  If there is no way to refill or I do not have my account # how can I pay?  Someone stole my phone.  I can get a new phone but I also need the account # as I have never even received a bill from you gus.  please help me to get this information asap. Thank you.

You won't lose your phone number as long as you renew within 90 days. After that your account will be gone and you would have to do a new activation

@Sandy-M  you might be able to find your phone and remotely wipe/lock your phone with one of the Findmyphone service, if you have set it up before:

If it's a smartphone, you'll want to first remotely wipe all conent from your device by logging into your Apple or Google account and to lock the device from someone else using it (remember that this will permanently delete all content).  Then, log inoto your Self Serve account,  and enable the lost/stolen option to disable the service. You'll then need to get a new SIM card and phone.  The new SIM card can be attached to your already existing account.

Log in to your account and use the lost/stolen thing to suspend your account. Then when you get another phone and get another sim you can change the sim card in the account and resume the account. If in that mean time it goes past your previous renewal date then you will need to top up for a new 30 days.
