some subscriptions are not available in my account

Hello,

I have been with Public Mobile for over 4 years. Last year, my subscription was automatically changed from $15/month to $25/month.

Now, when I check my account, the minimum available plan is $34/month. However, I noticed on your website that my previous plan still appears to be available.

Could you please clarify why I am unable to select it in my account?

hi @Chrisdang can you login My Account using Incognito/ private/ secret on the browser and then got to Payment history and confirm when was it changed 

also ,PM will send promotion via SMS and all you need to do is to reply Yes to get the promo plan.  Did you reply Yes by accident?

@Chrisdang  You mentioned the change was last year, could this be related to the change from rewards to the public points system?  This meant that going forward you'd be paying full price for the plan while collecting points to use to reduce your bill or buy add ons.  Other than in Quebec there is no $15 plan available even to new customers, is that where you are located?  How much data was included in your plan, did that change also?

@Chrisdang  - it seems odd that your $15 plan would change automatically without your instigation. 

You can open a ticket with a CS_Agent using the orange chat bubble,  if you think it was done in error and see if they can flip it back for you. 

Furthermore, PM has made it more difficult to "downgrade" to a cheaper plan, so if you are currently at $25, you may only see plans for that price and above. Everyone's offers are unique and catered to their current plan. Hope this helps
