sms an phone trouble

For some reason I can't send any messages or call out. Incoming messages and incoming phone calls are going thru.

do you have another phone to test the sim card ?

and also, submit a ticket with PM support agent and ask them to refresh your account

Phone was reset multiple times

this is strange. Please reboot the phone first.  Then try to Reset Network Settings and see if it works

@Alex133  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . Is it possible to test the SIM card in another phone ? If still no luck ask support to refresh your account
