i had a bell account with both my wife and my phone on the same account. I tried to switch over to public and my wife phone switched with no problem. Now when I try to switch my phone over it gives her my phone number and my phone is now dead. Been at it for hours. Any ideas?

you used 2 different email addresses to create two accounts with PM?
if you did, and if your own Bell sim is not working, try reboot the phone with PM sim card and test
if still cannot connect, ask PM support to help

It sounds like she was the primary on the account over at Bell and when you ported over, that closed the entire account including your account. You should reach out to Bell ASAP to get your number back. 1 (800) 667-0123
