i am trying to activate the simcard but not working and my plan is active and the simcard says no service its a iphone se

Could you try your sim card in another unlocked device? Hopefully you will find solution.🙂

No necessarily. An account can be active even when a port is in progress. In progress port only affects where calls and text go. If the port is not completed, the number is still with the old provider and so calls and text will go there.

@ammaryunus try 2 things in order
Restart your phone if it doesn't, if it works, reenter your wifi if applicable,enable data, sms and mms to send and receive from Android phones. Stay safe.

the phone is from telus and ported the number from telus worked for few hours and then stopped working

@ammaryunus , do you have another phone that you can test out the SIM card? SIM cards are really robust and rarely fail.

Where did your SE come from...was it a CDN cell provider previously ? Has your phone been blaclisted ? Go to top of page "Get Started" to see if your phone is compatible here.
