i have lost my Sim recently but i still pay for it i have already buy a new sim and they said i have to ask customer to my new sim card that i buy which is not activate yet

If you loss thing…of course you have to buy a new one.

Just purchase a new SIM from a Telus/Koodo store or Amazon.ca and once you receive the SIM. Login to your account and go to your Profile section and change the SIM number to the new one.

I don't see how anyone can understand what you're asking. Something about your sim being lost and ...after that, I'm lost too. If you still need help, try to re-explain the issue but try to clarify what you need. Use of punctuation might help.

@An301203  Yes you. Just need to log into you account and SIM card swap the number DO NOT ACTIVATE it just sim swap the number or get support to help you do it
