hello, I have purchased a new SIM, hopefully will solve my issues. How do I switch my account over 2 the new sim?

Actually, before you do that. What issues were you having and you thought you had to buy a new SIM card? Might want to share with the community first as you may not need to change the SIM card, it may be another easy fix.

@MelJC Just log into your public mobile app and go to account page , notice “change your SIM card “ tap it and follow the prompts takes like 5 mins and you will keep same phone number and plan

just login my account , go to profile page and update the SIM card number there .Then reboot the phone
