I have just returned from a trip and my data was not working when I connected to the local network. Today my phone got SIM card locked and is asking for puk. I have never had a sin card lock on my phone. Can this be fixed asap? Thank you!

Thank you. I finally was able to submit a ticket, took me a few minutes to go through all the loops 🙂

@Era09 Found this on Public Mobile's actual help article:
If you’ve entered an incorrect PIN three times on your SIM card, you’ll need a Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) code to reset it. Here’s how to get your PUK code:
- Submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents requesting your PUK code here
- Check the Public Mobile Community for a response from a CSA (or check your email for a notification that a CSA has responded)
- Once you receive your PUK code, enter it in your phone to reset your SIM card’s PIN number
Remember to keep your PUK code safe and secure, as it can be used to unlock your SIM card if it gets locked again in the future.
