Which phone are you using?
Do you have a dual SIM phone?
- Click on the enable/disable SIM card toggle switch.
- Take your SIM card out and restart your phone. Insert your SIM card. Let us know the result.

Please describe "disabled". Was it broken or did it die by itself ?
