I orderd a sim and would like to change to an esim. Sim card has not arrived yet

When the physical sim card arrives, keep it as a spare or give it to a friend for a referral. Sim cards can take 10 working days or more to arrive via Canada Post via letter mail. If it goes over 10 days, i'd submit a ticket to Public Mobile customer support to let them know. They may send a new one, or credit you the cost of the original.

@bdubs download OM app and see if you can login.  If so, fonto Subscription & Add-on page and scroll down to Buy Sim Card and pick eSIM

if you cannot log in the app because of 2FA, try click Didn't receive code and select Send email

if still cannot login the app, please open ticket with agent

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

SIM is more flexible than eSIM for transferring from one phone to another. Also check if your phone is eSIM compatible before switching over.

Purchase of eSIM for each phone and s not transferable.
