If not, you could always try using *611 to access some of the services that you may be unable to access through the self serve site when the site is being finicky or otherwise going through site maintenance, which tends to be on weekends more than anything.

Public Mobile was doing System Maintenance until 10:00 EDT but several people were still having issues after that.
I would try again, or later today. You can also try clearing your history/cookies and/or trying a Private/Incognito window to see if that helps too.
If your problem is with something/somewhere else, please provide us with more details on what you're doing, what's (not) happening, and anything you're trying. 🙂

Clear your browser's cache/cookies or use a different browser. Also, you can try opening a tab in incognito mode.
These actions usually solve logging into Self Serve issues.

If you are using an Android phone, you can find it by going to settings - Wi-Fi & internet- sim& network - click on Public Mobile - sim name - you should see your phone.

@LarryHagel Once signed into Self Serve, click the "Plan and Add-Ons" tab, and your phone number will show on that screen.
