can someone tell me if billing and start date of new service are the same i signed up and paid on March 7th received sim card by mail on 15th had to pay again info said service was from Feb 14th to march 14th is this normal with public mobile ?

 that's what any normal person would think so why was my account on hold until I paid again

@Fern_42 - Try logging in with your EverSafe ID when you created the account and paid for it on March 7th. It will ask you to continue activation where it will bring you up to enter your SIM card number that you received yesterday.

hi @Fern_42  you got the sim ard on 15th and put in sim number then, so the cycle start date is 15th, that is the day your service actually started

how much did you pay on March 7th ? If you only paid for a PM sim, then you need to pay for your regular plan once you activate that new sim.
