On 22 nov 2023, I subscribe a plan with public mobile and order a simcard, before activate the service, I found myself is not suitable ti the service and ask for cancellation the shipment and unsubscribe the service, the agent told me the shipment has been stop and account was also deleted.
but when I see the charges 44.84$ applied in my bank account already on 23 nov ,and when I opened my account the plan was activated already without my conscience, I opened the ticket but no reply more than 24hrs.
I hated being cheated in this way, hope someone could contact me asap to solve the problem

Reach back to a CS Agent with the above message. Tell them a refund hasn't happened. They are super busy right now due to Black Friday deals. Might take several hours or even tomorrow before they reply.
