Since everyone thinks 611 is the be-all and end all... answer this then...?
When I need to change the CC on my account but it won't let me do that through 611, only online through self serve...self serve is down... 611 vouchers? still need access to the back end...Self serve is down.

Ah okay, I am getting that right now too but it was good half hour ago. Nothing loads, bar swooshes across and done... blank screen. I get the other scenario more frequently where background loads but no detail.

When this happens, proceeding to selfserve.publicmobile.ca results in nothing but an empty website without any content.

When you say “Self Service is Blank” what do you mean? From time to time I get on my iPad going to Self Serve when it finally opens not Blank, but just the header and four tabs across the top, not the usual full page. When this happened I just hit the next tab over, it always opens correctly for me, then I hit the first (left) tab again and it almost always opens correctly.

@kubotamaria : You didn't say that in your other posts. No you can't add or change a payment card in 611.
Nobody said it was the be all end all. Merely as another method of making a payment.
You can make payment using vouchers in the 611. Or you can pay using the Instant Top-up feature in some stores.
Those options don't require the self-serve.

The instance of this from yesterday has since been corrected, but I can confirm that the issue has returned again today. You'll need to try again later, or if you need to make a payment immediately, a voucher can be purchased from a store or online retailers such as recrcharge.com or ding.com. Those vouchers can then be applied through *611.
