Hi,
I have a samsung SGH-S275M flip phone.
I have a 15$ plan that I registered my Credit card on it for automatic payment.
My last provider was bell. I call my provider to get my unlocke pin number. I receive my unlock network code to unlock my phone.
I made a mistake while putting the unlock number. Now when I put Public mobile sim card in my phone it says: ( Phone Freeze SIM unavailable. Contact your service provider.) And the only thing i'm able to do is '' SOS call''
Please someone help me. I've been surfing the net for the past week to found a solution.

Let's remember that without the "3g" network, there will be no voice/phone call services.

HI @annemarie1948 this is a GSM phone on 2G only. With PM network, you will need a phone that is 3G or LTE

This phone operates on GSM - 2G.
2G is an old discontinued frequency not used in Canada and US.

Did you reboot your phone? Remove SIM card and in-insert again? Get same message?
Looks like you will need two codes now.
Unfreeze code or Master code (need to call Bell again for code or Samsung directly)
then
Network unlock code (given to you already)

@annemarie1948 hi samsung has online help you can get a master unlock code from them
