same text message being received every day for the last 3 days

I have been receiving the same text message every day for the last 3 days . If I click on download, it does not download. I then delete it but it comes back every day at 9pm

We'd need a bit more information, such as if you know this person/number or if you're able to see any contents of what that message is.  Typically, messages are delivered to your phone once and you'll have to download (MMS?) it if your phone didn't already.  @hTideGnow makes a good suggestion to ensure your Data is on for MMS to download properly.

Have you tried powering off + on your phone?  In a rare case, this could help reset your phone on the network and also any cache that your phone has been using.  Let us know - we're curious what comes out from this!

If you don't know the sender, it could be a spam text.  Be careful clicking on random links.

@Tardismaster   would it be a MMS ?  If so, you will need to turn on Mobile Data and download

also, try to clear cache of your Message app

If the text is from someone you don't know or aren't expecting, just mark / report it as spam and block it before you delete it.
