Hi ordered a new pone from Public Mobile - cancelled it but they still sent it to me - have it here would like to return it please - what do I do to get it back to Public Mobile? Thanks

To open a ticket with mod, just use the Chatbot
1. Type device return
2. click on Contract Us
3. click on Click here to submit a ticket
4. Then logon with your Community Username and Password and follow the rest of the page
As you have suspected, that as of July 27, 2021, that e-mail address no longer works.
Customers should be using SIMon to create ticket for a return request.

There is a 30 day guarantee but you need to contact a moderator first to give you special instructions for your return.
Just click on the envelope icon on the top right corner of the Community page and message to “moderator”.
