Hey all, so I recently picked up a new iPhone but unfortunately I had to return it, during the activation I transferred my number to the new service.
Anyways I'm looking to reactivate my old account and transfer my number back.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

I activated on a normal sim card
If you are paid up to Nov 14 and did not port out the number that account is still active. If you ported out the number the account has been closed and cannot be reactivated.

Sorry, more clarification would be helpful.
Were you initially a PM customer with your old phone? Or from another carrier?
Did you activate with a physical SIM card or eSIM?
Do you want to transfer your PM account from your new iphone to old phone?

Hey @God LOL
Well, here's the thing. If you ported out to a different provider, the account and plan itself is done. You need to get yourself a new sim card or eSIM. Then get a new plan. Get a temp number first and make sure everything is working before porting back over. Then you can go into your account and port over the number you want ( your original number ) however, your other provider must be active to port back to PM and your old providers SIM must be in the phone to get the text to say YES to porting.
