I have no connection for calls or text but have mobile data. HELP!!!!

@paul1941 , are you using an overseas model of phone that does not support 3G 850 and 1900 Mhz bands? Data can run on either LTE or 3G but phone calls are only on 3G.

PM uses 3Gonly for calls. What phone are you using?
Have you tried restarting your phone with PM SIM card inserted?

Please test your sim in another Telus or Koodo phone.
Turn off the WiFi and see if data still works.
For talk you need 3g at if you can force 3g only in connection settings then test again
Text should work if data does
If you are out of minutes and texts you could buy more minutes, it's really worth it at 1c/min

What kind of phone do you have?
When you say data are you sure you're not on WiFi?
What plan are you on?
Is your renewal due?
Log into your account. What does the status say? Active or Suspended?
While in your account click "Change sim card". Green arrow on picture below.
Now take the sim out of your phone. Do the last 4 digits match?

Are you a new customer? If you log into self service does it say account status is Active? Are you sure mobile data is working or is it using wifi?
Have you tried rebooting or network reset?
