hi @Jaewook no ticket needed to cancel service 

but PM is prepaid provider, so you need to disable payment so PM won't charge you on your renewal 

Login My Account, Subscription &addons, Manage Subscription, then toggle Subscibed off to disable Autopay.  With rhaf, PM will not charge again at next renewal

@Jaewook  You need to get support to remove  the credit card info in the account right away . Or port number out to close account or turn off auto pay . But if you can’t log in please use this direct link to support to help
