referring code credit didn't apply

I activated 3 weeks ago, and I used my friend's referring code, but I didn't see 10$ credit, my friend didn't get rewards .what should I do now?

Don't get too stressed this has happened before and a CSA can manually add this for both as long as all conditions are met

Common mistake on some referral code is putting in the wrong letter or number and mixing up zero 0 with O and one 1 with I. 
The CS_Agent are very accommodating and looking into it for you.

Your friend should see similar to this on his/her account. Your phone's last 4 digits. Is it does not see it then referral code was not properly entered. In that case you will have to contact agent.

@linda0700  curious, does your friend see your number in his/her My Rewards's Friend referral list?  Just wonder if it is an issue on just just your side or on both.

 

Since it has been 3 weeks, please reach out to PM Support and have them to investigate:

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
