I need to get into the self settings, but have forgotten my password, but it also says that my email is incorrect, so I don't know what email might be associated with this account. the phone number is 506-********

@janeedwards - have you ever registered for a Self Serve account? If you activated in store you may not have before. You can register for one here:https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Or, are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status?
If so, for how long?
After 90 days you lose your number, account and access to Self Serve.
Otherwise, @dabr has you covered for methods to contact CSA for help.

@janeedwards Click the little arrow on your first post and then select Edit Reply from the drop down list.
I'd also suggest that when you contact customer support to ask them to have your current username changed to something that isn't a real name, if you are using a real name that is.

@janeedwards First you need to click the downward arrow on your post and edit/delete your tel. no. as you're posting on a public forum.
If the password reset option is not working and you've exhausted all possible emails you may have signed up with then you need to submit a ticket to customer support via the chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen and ask for a password/email reset. If you have any problems with the chatbot then private message CS_Agent via the envelope icon top right of your screen.

You should have got an email from PM welcoming you to PM. This will be the email address you used for activating the SIM.
Once you login to the Self Serve account, just click on Forgot Password and you will get an email to that email address to reset your password.
If that fails, contact a CS_Agent to help you by private messaging on top of this page.
BTW, remove your personal number as this is a public forum and will prevent any fraudulent activities.
