I received a sim card 12 hours ago , follow the steps to activate it but it never activate and shows no service on my phone after over 10 hours. Powered off and restarted my phone a number of times. SIM sill shows no service. My cell phone is one year old, and my another number is still working.
No customer service person can be reached. Very frustrating! Please help.

When you requested to port your number to PM did you get a text on your old sim requesting you to authorize the port out? If you didn't respond to this the port would not have gone through
