I am trying to reactivate my plan after 60 day, but I receive the massage that my account is expired ,and I can not pay the amount due? why? Mehri xxxxxxx

Those options suggested should work. If it has only been 2 months you won't have to worry that your account and phone number are lost, once you get it reactivated you will be good to go.

Try:
Alternatively, try adding $1 more than your plan amount, then reactivate.
Then try using lost/stolen function, log off, then log on, and remove the lost/stolen function.
I'm guessing one of the above will get you going!!!

To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way. If it fails you will have to wait an hour to try again.

Service/plan should automatically reactivate.
If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.
