I need to reactivate my account as it has been disactivated.
need to know information on my payment if it currently is taking money.
need phone activated now.

No. In that case try clicking Reactivate Account when in your account, make the payment, logout & reboot. If that fails, contact the moderators.

@eduardo25 Try this:
1. login to your account and make a one time payment equal to the plan you wish (from the current offers), logout
2. login to your account, click Change Plan, pick the plan and click activate now, logout
3. wait a few minutes, reboot your phone and check for service
If that fails send a private message to the moderators as already suggested. DO NOT PAY AGAIN.

Typically adding enough funds to account will reactivate it. If not mods need to get involved.
If it has been out of service for more than 90 days then you are out of luck.
