Is it possible yet to port back into the old email address if you ported out before from PM to koodo and now want koodo back to PM?

It worked fine with old email address.

It means your old account is still in the system. Mods might be able to delete the old account so that you can re use the email address

@Anonymous yes I know but what I'm asking is if it will allow me to create a new account under the same old email instead of being forced to use another one.

@Shutdown, If you ported out from PM, your account would have been shut down/cancelled. You would likely need to create a new acount in the self serve portal.

If I go to forgot my password it says "ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled" which leads me to think it's just disabled. If I enter another email that isn't there it says "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."

Depends if your email address is still in the system. I just came back and used a Gmail alias.

@Shutdown, If you have completed your port to Koodo, and now want to port back to PM, I think you should be fine, even if using the same email address. Just keep in mind that *IF* you are on Koodo prepaid, you will need to start with a different email address, and then need moderator assistance to change email on file for your new PM account.
