my account was deactivated September and will be gone in a few days. I have tried several times to reactivate it on to a lower price plan because i can't afford the $50/month plan and the system will not allow me to change the plan. can someone please help me on how to reactivate and change the plan without paying $50 again??? i REALLY DON'T want to lose my phone number!!

It use to be a glitch where you could not change your plans in the suspended state.  Now you should be able to.

1.  Add enough fund to your account for the plan you want to change.

2.  Create a support ticket to ask moderator to change your plan for you using the Chat button at the bottom right corner of this page.

To my knowledge, you should be able to change plans on a suspended account in self serve. If that doesn't work, please open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

it says AMOUNT DUE $40 which would sign me up again for the $50 plan which i can't afford to keep paying for ...... please can anyone tell me how to change this so i can reactivate my account on a lower price plan???
