How do I fix this?
I'm trying to change my subscription, it doesn't seem to be an issue with payment (I've tried using different cards)

if you are not trying to have a Change Now request, if you just want to Change on Renewal, maybe PM staff can help
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
