My account has been suspended and is about to be deactivated. I wanted to sign in to make a payment but the page is not working to sign in, and it just says "This page is down or unavailable for maintenance. Click below to return to My Account page." I'm worried I will lose access to my account and lose my number. How can I get support to sign in and pay and if I can't log in because of an issue from the Public Mobile site, is there still a chance to keep my number and account?
