"Subscription Not Activated"

Hi there,

I'm trying to setup a new phone and sim card. We got the final step 6, and then it said Subscription Not Activated. I've looked around the site and the advices seems to be to send a PM to customer service. I've just sent them a message, but wondering if there is something else I can do.

@JonahJ  did you just got to the payment section and got declined?

or you went through that already as well as went via phone number choosing/porting?

If you went past the payment section and PM charged you already, you will need to open ticket with Support for further investigation

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@JonahJ  if credit card wasn’t charged you can try again incognito private mode or a different device. If your credit card  was charged if so . Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . If no luck . Then you’re on the right track by submitting ticket to support . Good luck !
