No. Account is over a year old. I think it was a different area code, but it's in the same province from me. I have canada wide calling

I also received that error message when I tried to phone an International number. So it would appear that you need to upgrade to either phone international or canada wide. Or, were you in a different province while making the call?

@Balcherino, i have a feeling you have province wide calling and the number you're trying to call is a difference provincial number. If this is the case then you'll need to get Canada wide calling plan.
