I've been trying to purchase a SIM card through my Public Mobile dashboard, but for the past couple of days, I keep encountering the same error message:
"Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later."
Is this issue specific to my account, or has Public Mobile temporarily disabled SIM purchases?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello @CSA_PM - There should be no reason why @WheatbreadChimp can't purchase a SIM card online. Furthermore, as per @WheatbreadChimp , they wish to use funds currently in their account to make the purchase. Are you able to assist @WheatbreadChimp ??

If you’re unable to place the order, you’ll need to buy a SIM card from a nearby store or order one from Amazon.

I live on a normal street address, not RPO or PO Box, so no issue there.
Looks like my only recourse is creating a ticket with PM customer service.

So far, I’ve tried using an incognito browser, switching to a different browser on another laptop, reinstalling the app on my phone, and even installing it on my backup phone. Even tried my wife's PM account, to no avail.
At this point, it really seems like Public Mobile has temporarily disabled SIM card orders.
That is odd. Well, since you're in no rush, feel free to create a ticket so Public Mobile knows there's a problem and may be able to assist you in the order.
Please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket. Enter CONTACT US into the chat and follow the prompts.

Sim card usually send via Canada Post but PM might change it if postal strike is real
Try using browser with Incognito mode and see if it helps. Or use the app (uninstall and reinstall if you have already installed the app)

I'm not in a rush. Also, if I recall correctly, Public Mobile previously mentioned that SIM cards are sent via courier, can you confirm if that's still the case?
My bad. An idea that may help resolve it is to go into your browser settings, find Cache. Clear your lifetime cache and then close your entire browser. Then start the browser back up and top right corner in settings choose Incognito mode. Then sign back in and try again. This site is known to have cache issues.

If you are in the Mississauga/Oakville area. You can order online from Canadian Cell Supplies for $3 and you can arrange for pickup.

Don't buy from PM online, it could take long to deliver, buy from Amazon for $5

Or buy in person from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink for $10

Personally @WheatbreadChimp I would avoid purchasing from PM at this time due to Canada Post strike. Here's better ways.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/
