A couple days ago I switched from Wind to PM. I ported my number over when I switched. However, the PM SIM card doesn't work on my unlocked iPhone 6. I've tested the card out in my old Nexus 5 and it worked seemlessly.
I've tried deleting profiles, restoring it to factory settings through itunes. There are no APN settings for me to change as it doesn't show up in any of the settings.
Anyone know what the problem is??
Thanks.

The LTE was enabled, no prompt of any kind, all I see is no service in the status bar.
I also checked my imei and nothing is reported.

check to see if your iphone is blacklisted
just input the imei into this website and it will tell you if the phone has been reported lost/stolen

You should never buy iphone's from kijiji
very risky

Try enabling your LTE under setting > cellular > Cellular options
Is there any onscreen prompt? like no sim?
To me, there could only be 3 things.
The sim, The sim tray and the sim contacts in the phone.
It's a wild shot, but also try your phone, pm sim with another iphone sim tray.

Phone was brought brand new, box unopened, off Kijiji.
Any more suggestions??

No service - so no data, no calling, no texting available.
I've had someone else pop their Fido sim card in and the iPhone worked right away and I used it on Wind before this, so the phone is unlocked.
My phone is also up-to-date with iOS 10.1.1

Hi,
What version of iOS do you use?
Update to the latest and see if you can edit your APN settings.
If not, you'll have to go here to get access to your APN settings/.
Hope this helps,
Neil
