HI @Carmen1953  Login My Account, check if it shows the correct new plan. 

And check if you enable data limit on your phone, it might block your data use with such settings

did you use Change Now or Change on Renewal when made the plan change?

Were you charged the new plan rate or the old rate?  What does your credit card statement show? 

The website has caching issues.

You might want to try to login by first clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.  That might show your accurate plan details.
