Hi,
I purchased sim card online since 70 days and till this moment I did NOT receive it. so what should I do now?

Buy from Amazon or a local Telus/Koodo store. PM hired my 3 year old to fulfill sim card orders, so as you'd expect the success of your delivery is hit or miss. Once you've gotten a sim card elsewhere, contact @CS_Agent for a refund on your initial order.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

70 days? It should take up to 10 business days for SIM card to arrive. Sometimes up to 3 weeks.
If more than 10 business days, you will need to contact customer service agent.
