I don't remember my present password. And when I tried to use a new password it came out that it did not work. How do I find out my present password?

Regrettably, it is unlikely that Public Mobile stores or retains or would release your current (forgotten?) password.
When a customer forgets one - it is much easier for the user to just change it.

@poohbear68 : We've been over this ground already. The password reset doesn't care about your old password. It doesn't ask for it. It's a password reset. Rudimentary such as it is. Nor does it care that you "change" it to the same password.

@poohbear68 You can't if don't remember. Try resetting your password here if you remember the answer to the security question. If you cannot reset it there, you will have to contact the moderator team to get it reset.
