Do I need to have the public mobile app to activate a change in phone plans (subscription)? I have been a public mobile user for years, I just changed my phone plan two days ago and now cannot make a phone call. Do I have to have an app to be able to get my phone working? Texting works, but making a call on the phone does not work.

@DJohnson9797 No, you don't really need the app, you can access everything online here:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/
We did see people with problem after plan changed. Likely just some issue with the account. So, please message PM support and have them to confirm on the system. Message them here:

@DJohnson9797 No you should be able to do it in website , but if you haven’t yet created a ever safe ID you will need to do that first
