I am trying to contact a moderator to resume receiving promotional text messages and find that I need some direction. Any assistance would be appreciated.

@llibrarian Contact support via chatbot and ask them to put you back on the mailing list for new promos. Here's a link to chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help
You could also try to SUBSCRIBE to the relevant short codes like 5169 or 4911?

@llibrarian - you may be able to unblock 611 or the short codes from your device. If not, ask CSA to add you back in.

@llibrarian can you find the text? you can type RESUME to start again
or you can open ticket with PM support and have them to put you back to the promo list

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
