I am wondering how does it apply my account and when can I see?

@Canada5  the latest promotion has a waiting period of 60 days.  

Once they apply the promotion discount, you should see the Available Fund on your Self-Serve equals to your monthly service fee.

When did you signup. The conditions mention a waiting period. The promotion is applied as an account credit.
