Hi, I ordered my SIM on November 10th and it never arrived, i had to order it again and received it yesterday, I've just activated it. How can I ask to get the 12GB data on the 90 day promotion?

@jrniebla I think this is the post that covers your situation. Just be sure to keep the record of your Nov 10 order for "proof".

I ordered it on the 10th, sent a few messages to other Moderator and PM's but never got a reply, so I just placed another order (I had to pay again) and now I got it activated.

Tag the mods with your order number.
They are backed up by 12 days at last count. From what I can remember you weren't able to actually order SIMs on Nov. 20. If your order does fall within the dates in the below post you will be covered.

Since you ordered it on 20th, they might not honor it, but you can try.

Hi, In order for the promotion to be honored you would have had purchased the SIM card between the dates of October 25 to Nov 16. PM knows this by the Order # on the day that you ordered it.
