Then the chosen solution is wrong. Yes you can activate a new account and get that promo. Your original wording was confusing. No, existing accounts can not get that promo. (adding - that's where the chosen solution is wrong)

But maybe you haven't seen the new plan promo of 15gb for $40. But you can't use the 12gb promo on top of that when activating as a new customer. And it can't be used after the fact as an existing customer then.

Hold on. The only 12gb on offer is for new activations. The other deal is 15gb. That, anybody can get. You said 12gb and 12 months.

@Krist , all customers, new and existing can get the promo. Just login to your self serve account, use the plans and add-on tab to select the plan.

Is that "existing sim card" attached to an active or suspended account? Only new activations can get the 12gb promo.
