Hello, I recently went to buy a sim card for one of my parents from a Telus store. On the public mobile site it says physical sim $5 as of now but the Telus store charged $10. I spoke to the store and they advised me that's what they charge. Just wondering if anyone knows how to get the credit or how to get the sim for $5? I know $5 isn't a large amount of money but it's the principle more than anything. Thank you in advance.

HI @ypk786
i suggest you to buy from Amazon for faster shipping, buying from PM directly could take 1 to 3 weeks to ship

Thank you Sansan, the option to get the $5 sim card is after you first create the account

Sorry, but I see a credit as unlikely. When a customer buys a product in the store and pays the price that is requested, the customer has actually agreed to that price.

You can order from Canadian Cell Supplies online on sale for $3. If you are in the Mississauga/Oakville Ontario area, you can arrange for pickup. Otherwise, order it online.

@ypk786 the Telus agent is correct. The cost of a physical SIM in stores is $10+.
There are times when Public Mobile will offer a 'sale' of $5.00 for new customers.
The regular price is still $10+ even at Public Mobile.
In order to get this, you would have to download the Public Mobile app and purchase it through them.
