Good afternoon,
I already have a Public Mobile SIM card with working phone number and I can't link this to my account.
When I digit the SIM card code it says "invalid SIM card".
I would like to resolve this issues asap.

Hi, I currently have 2 Public Mobile phone numbers and 2 SIM cards registered at my name.
With the first one, I created an account successfully.
With the second one, using a different email address, I was asked either to buy a new SIM or digit the number of the existing one - but it's not valid anymore.
Is there a way to contact PM and get an account number for the phone number and SIM card I am trying to register?

SIM is a onetime use so if the SIM was activated and cancelled later. You need to purchase a new SIM.
If it is a new SIM, return it for a refund from place of purchase.

hi @bigzazzu is that a new sim card?? is your PM account active?
did you login My Account and go to profile to update?
