prepaid credit card payment

I am trying to pay for my account with a prepaid visa that i received as a gift. I have been trying all afternoon to get this transaction completed and it keeps getting declined.  I went to the website of the credit gift card and there is no where for me to put in my information like my postal code. Right now this is the only form of payment I have access to

PM card update system always have problems 

if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)

I have a vanilla prepaid mastercard

@Keannalilly  Not all pre paid credit card will work . Vanilla pre paid master card is one that should work though
